Reports on phone number 01290329814
8 yearsI got a call from someone claiming to be from BT about issues with my broadband box. They asked me what colour the light was showing, and I told them it was blue. Then they wanted me to switch on my computer, which I found odd and asked why that was necessary. I said if anything was wrong, I’d call BT directly. When I asked where they were calling from, they said London, but the area code was actually Scottish. I repeated that I’d just ring BT myself if there was a problem. The person then snapped ‘fine, do what you want’ and ended the call.BTLondonSubmit Your Own Report (01290 329814)
