Had this bloke on the phone with a thick Indian accent, telling me my internet was being used by someone else and that it was all at risk. He said if I sent over some cash, they could fix it, or else I'd lose my service. Total scam attempt, no doubt. When I tried to ask questions, all I got was the same thing repeated over and over. Proper dodgy stuff. No legitimate internet company would ever go about things like that.
