Lovely voice on the phone but a bit odd really. She asked about what insulation I had up in my loft - said stuff like fibreglass might lead to mould or something? Wasn't really clear on what she was pushing. She mentioned she was ringing the last few homes in my neighbourhood. When I told her I was just renting the place and didn’t own it, she just cut the call straight away. Bit strange if you ask me.
