I pressed 1 out of curiosity since this is a work phone and we definitely don’t have an Amazon account. A guy with an Asian accent answered and asked what he could help with. I told him we’re a company and we didn’t have any Amazon account, and then the call just dropped right away. Tried calling the number back, but it said it wasn’t in service.
