I just got a call claiming to be from Amazon, saying I should press 1 to talk to their tech support and protect my account. The voice had a really strong Indian accent, but I don’t even have an Amazon account! Seemed like a total scam to me.

Got a call from a guy who sounded Indian, telling me I'd be billed £35 today for Amazon Prime - which I don’t even have. He also said to press 1 if I wanted to chat with someone. It was a really odd phone call.
