Some bloke with a thick Indian accent called me saying he was from BT. He spoke so quick I struggled to follow, but he claimed there was a problem with my broadband and offered to fix it. He asked me to visit a sketchy website and let him remotely control my PC. Thing is, my internet was working fine and a quick search showed his number wasn’t linked to BT or any official support. I told him to find a proper job instead of scamming people. Then he started swearing at me, so I just ended the call. Watch out for these sorts of calls.
