Was on another call already, asked the bloke if it was something urgent since I was sort of busy. Thought it might have been connected to what I was dealing with. He said yeah, it was important and not a sales pitch or anything. Then he told me I’d been in a car crash. I hadn’t even had a scratch! Got proper annoyed and told him where to go. Honestly, worst firm ever.

Someone just rang asking if I'd been in any accidents, trips or falls recently. Bit strange, not sure why they wanted to know that kinda stuff. Felt a bit off, maybe some sort of scam or just a weird survey? Not a call I'd expect from a normal company.
