I keep receiving phone calls claiming to be from BT, but the thing is, I’m not even a BT customer! They keep asking me to switch on my computer for some so-called security checks. They also inquire whether I use online banking, which makes me quite suspicious. I’m really not sure if it’s a legitimate call or a scam, so I've just been hanging up. I attempted to call them back, but all I got was a series of beeping noises. How dodgy is that?
