Someone called claiming to be from the BT call blocking team, asking if I was still bothered by spam calls. She mentioned they’re putting in a lot of effort to fix the problem but need a bit more time. Then, when I asked which company she was with, the line went dead. She spoke quite well with an accent and seemed legit at first, but the moment she asked for my card info, I got suspicious. Honestly, don’t pick up if it’s them!

For the last couple of weeks, I’ve been getting calls every couple of hours from a recorded voice saying my TalkTalk broadband is going to be cut off today. It’s been happening almost daily and it’s really starting to annoy me!

Got a call from some Indian bloke with a lot of noise in the background claiming my internet would be cut off ffor illegal stuff happening over the past couple of weeks. I asked him for the account holder's name and the BT account number, but he just wouldn't give me any details and ended the call. Definitely a scam, pretty obvious.
