I received a call from a woman with a rather foreign accent claiming to represent Sky, stating there were problems with my internet connection and that they had been alerted to certain error messages. I mentioned I would get in touch again, but then she abruptly ended the conversation. When I attempted to return the call, it just wouldn’t connect at all. Quite odd!
