So, this bloke on the phone sounded like a fake robot voice, said he was from BT tech support and warned me my internet would be shut down in a day because my IP was supposedly hacked. He then told me to click buttons on my phone, like I was meant to fix it or something. Having a recording wouldn’t have really proved anything since it didn’t sound like a real person.
