I'm with the person above. Got an email from something called "The Scorecard Company" - couldn't find anything about them online, so I'm guessing it's just a scam.

Got an email claiming to be from the “scorecard company”. When I looked them up, there’s no phone number listed on their site, but the email had one at the bottom. What’s fishy is the sender’s email didn’t quite match the website’s address - it left out “the”. Seems dodgy, so I’m thinking it’s a scam.
