This bloke named Paul kept ringing, sounded like he had an Indian accent, and claimed to be from Microsoft. He was telling me there was something wrong with my laptop and he was here to fix it! I decided to mess about a bit and kept him hanging on the line. Funny thing is, his accent got even more thick when he started getting annoyed. Eventually I lost patience and ended the call.
