7 yearsGot a robo call saying my internet was about to be disconnected, told me to press one to fix it. Managed to speak to some bloke calling himself Derek Wilson, which, honestly, sounded like a typical fake name. He claimed to be from "bt" and asked me to install teamviewer so he could control my computer. I’m pretty tech savvy, so I sussed him out straight away. Ended up stringing him along for like 30 minutes, acting clueless the whole time. Then, I blew a whistle I keep by the phone right in his ear.
