It’s clear that this isn’t coming from RS Component or Ready Mix. The automated voice quite clearly stated it was "BT" reaching out regarding an issue with "my IP address" - undoubtedly a scam trying to pull a fast one while using a seemingly innocent landline number. They've been a right hassle, bombarding us with calls several times a day for nearly a week now. A tip for dealing with them: instead of answering, just leave the receiver off the hook. This prevents them from contacting anyone else until the system eventually times them out, which I've heard can take as long as two minutes.
