Had a rather dodgy call claiming we needed to renew our Amazon Prime subscription. The caller insisted they’d guide us through the process on our laptop to send them some cash. We informed them that we had never actually signed up for Amazon Prime in the first place. Following that, they switched us to another person who promised to help us secure a refund by using our computer. At that point, we decided to terminate the conversation.
