Got a call from this guy with an Indian accent claiming to be from Virgin. He told us we’d downloaded stuff we’re not meant to, which definitely isn’t true. I asked him for our account number to prove who he was but he said he didn’t have it. If he was really from Virgin, wouldnt he have all our info right there? Sounded fishy to me.
