At half past noon on 21st May 2019, I got a recorded message saying it was from TalkTalk, warning me my broadband was on the verge of being cut off. It told me to press a certain button to stop the disconnection or another one to sort it out. But it’s all just a con. The frustrating bit is how these scam callers constantly change their phone numbers, so even when you block one, another pops up straight away. I've lost count of how many times they say my internet will be disconnected, yet it's still working fine.
