got call from some robot claiming to be bt, said my internet would be cut off in two days. pressed 1 to chat with an "executive" and some asian lady answered. i kept her on the line for about 6 mins until she tried to convince me to install some software. asked if she really thought i was an idiot and then she hung up on me.
