I’ve had a few calls where the person claimed to be from TalkTalk, warning me my internet would be cut off. They told me to press a number to get more details. I didn’t bother pressing anything and just ended the call straight away.

Sounds like it was one of those fake robot voices, pretending to be from BT support or something. They warned me my internet would stop within a day because apparently my IP got hacked. They kept telling me to push buttons on the phone but I didn’t fall for it. Having a recording wouldn’t even prove anything since it was definitely not a real person.
