Claiming to be from BT Openreach, yet I can assure you, this individual was definitely attempting to pull a fast one on me. So my advice? Keep your wits about you and steer clear of them!

Got a call from someone saying they was with Openreach, saying my broadband wasn’t running at 100mbs like it should. They told me to go on a site to test it. I told em I already knew my speed cos I use other speed tests regularly. They just hung up on me after that. Another one blocked and reported.
