This morning I got a call from that number. There was a robotic voice claiming to be from BT, saying my internet would be disconnected within a day. The message told me to press 1 for more info and 2 to turn off something. Bit dodgy if you ask me.

They purport to be from BT, insisting there's an issue with our router. The accents seemed to suggest they might be based in India. I had a call from a chap yesterday and today a woman rang me up. Yesterday, I cut the conversation short, but today she ended the call abruptly when I requested that they send me written confirmation. Quite a peculiar experience, really!
