I got a call from a bloke with a thick accent, said he was from BT Openreach about my internet speeds being really slow. He said he could sort it but gave me this code to enter on my PC (the code was 00C04FD7D062). When I asked him for my details like my name and address, he couldn’t provide any info. I ended the call straight away and phoned BT myself who confirmed it was a scam.
