absolute nightmare with this bt scam. loads of times i pick up and it just falls silent. other times there’s this stuck replay message telling me my line will be cut off, press 1 to sort it out. i hit 1 hoping to have a word with a person but as soon as i do, it just hangs up on me. really frustrating, i reckon i get these calls at least five times daily and i'm always at home when they ring!
