My mum got a recorded message on her landline saying her internet was going to be disconnected soon. The message said to press 1 to speak to someone who could fix it. She pressed 1 and a bloke came on saying the internet would be cut off soon. My mum hung up straight away. She got a nearly identical call yesterday around the same time and just ended that one too.
