Got three calls from this number today. Every single time, it was an automated voice pretending to be TalkTalk, saying there was some sort of internet issue or something. I've had loads of these dodgy calls over the past few years and they're all scams, no doubt. The funny thing is my internet is fine - I’m writing this right now! Just as I was finishing this, the phone rang again, now from a 01286 code. Same rubbish, just more hassle. Proper annoying, honestly grrrrr.
