I told them several times that I wanted an official BT engineer to come round because I didn’t trust them. After I kept pressing them on this, they got annoyed and just ended the call.BT6 yearsGot a voicemail saying it was 'sent on behalf of BT' warning that my internet would be cut off. Total scam.BT7 yearsGot a robocall telling me my internet would be shut down for 4 hours and then I’d have to ring my ISP to get a new router sorted. The voice then said “Press 1 now on your phone keypad”. I didn’t press anything, figured it was some trick to mess with my phone.
