I got a call from a woman with an Indian accent saying she could stop all scam and junk calls for me. She said she had my card info already and just needed to verify the expiry date. She mentioned that since I was a loyal customer, the fee would be just £149 for a lifetime call blocking service. When I asked which company she was with, she said it was called Wisdom Grain but couldn’t provide any website, only a phone number for their support. She was really pushy and kept rattling off the same lines from her script over and over.
