They were ringing about PPI, saying they could get me my refunds back but wanted a fee for it. Pretty sure it's one of those dodgy calls.

Got a call from this number, but the line was pretty muffled. I asked if it was a cold call and they denied it, saying it was about some kind of 'PPA refund' or something like that. I wasn’t too sure because the connection was poor. When I said no thanks, they asked, 'Don’t you want to get your money back?' I refused again and ended the call. Not totally convinced it was dodgy at first, but after a quick google, all I found about PPAs were NHS prescription refunds, which I’ve never claimed, so I’m guessing it’s a scam.

I received a call from this number, but the line was a bit fuzzy. When I enquired if it was a cold call, they assured me it wasn’t and mentioned something about a 'PPA refund'-though I’m not certain, as the connection wasn’t the best. Upon expressing my disinterest, they responded with, "Don't you want your hard-earned money back?" At that point, I reiterated my decision and ended the call. I can't say for certain if there was any validity to their claims, but after doing a bit of digging online, it appears that PPAs relate to refunds for NHS prescriptions, which I’ve never applied for. This leads me to suspect it could be a scam.
