I didn't manage to catch the entire chat as I suspected it might be a fraudulent call. Yesterday I received five calls, and today just two up to now. From the initial words I heard, it seemed to relate to my internet being disconnected, insisting I press a button to speak to some advisor. That's when I decided to hang up. Additionally, it had the tone of a robocall. This whole experience has been quite unsettling, particularly considering I'm 84, disabled, and unable to leave the house.
