Got a call claiming to be from Amazon saying my account had been hacked. I didn’t hang around and just ended the call right away. It felt dodgy like one of those scams where they want you to press a button and then you get stuck with huge phone charges. Definitely didn’t want to risk it!

Got a call around 11:18 today from a number claiming to be Amazon Prime. The recorded voice said my subscription was up for renewal and told me to press 1 if I wanted to cancel. Problem is, I dont actually have an Amazon Prime account. Just a heads up, dont ever share your personal info with unsolicited calls like this!
