Today has been nonstop with scam calls, hitting both my mobile and landline. This number was one of them. I’m seriously tired of these calls but make sure not to pick up any.

The numbers 01286485995, 01916719985, and 01134199957 belong to three young men who have been up to no good. I suspect they have also been using the number 0843 980 1261, but I advise against calling it as it incurs charges. These individuals play a recording of office noise in the background to make their calls seem legitimate. However, I have a recommendation for everyone - just like I did. If you receive a call from any number starting with the prefix 01, it means it is a landline number and will be covered by your unlimited call plan. What did I do, you ask? Well, I decided to give them a taste of their own medicine. I kept calling them and abruptly hanging up. Eventually, after about 20 minutes, they started answering the phone with pleas to not hang up as I was tying up their phone line. Rest assured, they won't bother calling you back after that. Personally, I have found that bombarding them with relentless calls at 2 am for half an hour proves quite effective.

Got a call from someone claiming to be from my bank, asking for my card info. Sounded dodgy, so I hung up straight away. Luckily, I didn't give them anything. Always be careful with these scam calls!

They pretend to be All Claims Wales, but have absolutely no connection to the real company with a similar name you can find online. It's just a couple of blokes with a fake recording of office sounds playing in the background. What I do is keep ringing them and hang up as soon as I hear a hello, which blocks their lines. If you keep at it for about 20 minutes, they usually promise to stop calling.

Follow my lead and mimic my actions. Dedicate 20-30 minutes of your time to making phone calls, only to greet them briefly before abruptly ending the conversation. Eventually, they will concede and cease their efforts to contact you. The individuals responsible for these bothersome calls are simply two individuals who utilize recorded office sounds as background noise. They will not be pleased when I retaliate by making 30-minute phone calls to them tonight at 2am.

If he indeed mentioned the company, it seemed like he purposely chose not to disclose the name clearly. He mentioned it was related to my accident, but when I inquired about which accident, he questioned if I had experienced any accidents in the past 2 and a half years - be it on the road, at work, or otherwise.
