Had a call from a lady with an Asian accent pretending to be from BT, saying my internet was slow and they needed to fix it by checking my computer. Total scam! Don’t ever let them anywhere near your PC, no matter what they claim. They seem to ring ppl out of the blue with a robotic dialler, so even if you’re on the TPS list, it won’t stop them. If you pick up and hear silence for a couple seconds, just hang up if the number looks unfamiliar.
