Received a call from someone claiming to be BT, telling me my IP address switched from private to public. Nearly got tricked into installing their software, which would've let them get into my PC. Luckily, I quickly googled it while still on the phone and found out BT doesn’t call customers like that. So heads up, don’t download any programs or delete stuff just because someone says so!
