Got a call from some bloke named "James" who said he was ringing from BT about dodgy stuff happening on our internet. I asked if it was linked to a complaint we’d made to BT recently, which seemed to confuse him a bit. Then he admitted it was, but I cut him off and hung up since a BT engineer already sorted that out when they came round!
