Got a call from someone saying they were with TalkTalk, telling me my line was messed up and would be cut off unless I pressed 1 or 2 to fix it. Oddly enough, this happened right in the middle of me actually chatting with TalkTalk’s support team about a tech problem I’m still trying to sort!
