Just got a call from 01285 380978, like loads of others lately. Yesterday they called me about 4 times starting at 8:20 in the morn, then kept ringing about twice an hour all day after. Looks like the calls claim to be from places like Bude, Dumfries, Burton-on-Trent, Cirencester, Bournemouth (didn't get round to checking every one), but I reckon these are probs overseas mobiles faking UK landlines. It's proper annoying and blocking them doesn't help 'cos they just switch numbers.
