I had a rather peculiar experience with a company claiming to be Dynamic Legal Services, which supposedly operates out of Cheltenham, my local area. However, I noticed that the number they used, 01285, actually belongs to Cirencester. The caller introduced himself as David Brown Jacobs and had quite a noticeable accent from the north-west, which struck me as rather unusual for the region. When I probed for his office address, he dodged the question citing 'Data Protection' concerns. He insisted I must have been in an accident and had unwittingly shared details online, then even mentioned my husband's name without any prior knowledge. The conversation took a turn for the worse when I requested that he remove my information; he became rather impolite and terminated the call.
