The bloke said his name was David Brown Jacobs and spoke with a north-west accent, definitely not local. When I asked for their office address, he wouldn't share it, citing ‘Data Protection’. Then he said I must have had an accident and put my details online, strange because he even mentioned my husband’s name! When I asked him to delete my info, he got nasty and just hung up on me. I’m on the TPS but it seems like they haven’t filtered calls properly yet.
