Got a call from someone saying they were with 'online support', but when I asked for the company name, they didn’t have a clue. Tried telling me my computer was full of viruses. Lately, I’ve been getting a bunch of calls, like 3 or 4 a day, all from dodgy numbers with the same area code. Definitely sounds like an Indian call centre scam.

Got a dodgy call today from someone asking about shares they claimed I owned. I've received calls like this a few times before, and they always want your personal info. From what I've seen online, if you play along, they’ll soon be pushing you to send cash into some kind of escrow account. Definitely a scam to watch out for!

Got a recorded call saying TalkTalk was about to cut off my internet and broadband. The message told me to press 1 for the tech team or 2 to start the cancellation process. Seemed dodgy to me.
