Total scam! I got a voicemail supposedly from BT saying my internet phone line was “breached” by some overseas hackers and I had to press 1 for help. Don’t fall for it. They’re just trying to trick you into giving them control over your computer so they can install malicious software. Just hang up and block the number. It’s definitely a con.
