I received a rather concerning call on my home phone today, claiming that my broadband service was going to be terminated due to some alleged suspicious activities. A rather robotic voice then instructed me to press 1 for technical help or 2 for other options. I chose to ignore both prompts and eventually hung up. Quite a strange experience, to say the least!
