Right then, after a bit more sleuthing, it turns out the number belongs to a company called Solar Essence based in Bury St Edmunds. They’ve got a freephone number: 0800 848 8650. I reckon it’s worth giving them a ring and expressing your dissatisfaction. I’m certainly planning to do just that!
