They want you to press "1" to talk to a manager, which I reckon is where they try to scam you by asking for personal info. At first they said renewal was £39, now it's jumped to £59. The peculiar thing is, I don’t even hold an Amazon Prime account! Seems pretty suspicious if you ask me. Just thought I’d share that odd encounter.

Got about 5 or 6 calls from this number, total spam. I don’t even have an amazon account. These callers are really dodgy tho, coz some people might actually have accounts and get tricked by them.

Got two calls, around 1.30 and then about 2.10. The first time I picked up, the line just went dead, and the second time, couldnt really make out what the bloke was trying to say.

Someone said it was an Amazon subscription renewal, but the price they mentioned in the message was off right from the beginning, so I just ended the call. Then they rang back a couple of hours later and ended the call straight away.

Got loads of automated texts on my landline, about every 30 minutes, all pretending to be from Amazon Prime. Just hang up straight away and don't bother pressing any buttons to talk to them - it's a pricey number and they're likely trying to nick your banking info! Best to just ignore and stay safe.

Got another call today from someone claiming to be Amazon Prime, but the number wasn’t the same as the last time this week. They kept insisting my Amazon Prime had just been renewed for £59.99 and told me to press one to confirm. Problem is, I don’t even have Amazon Prime! So annoying.

The person who called spoke with a foreign accent - couldn’t really figure out where exactly. Claimed to be from Amazon Prime. Had two calls yesterday, so I dialled the number back but it wasn’t reachable. They just rang again at 11:15, quite annoying how they keep trying. I’d blocked the number on one phone, but that just stopped it on that device; another one still got the call! This site has been a lifesaver - really grateful for it!

Woke up to a call this morning from this number saying it was about a renewal and that they needed to verify some details. This morning I got a call from some INTERNATIONAL number, with someone pretending to be from Amazon Prime. They said my subscription needed to be renewed today and that my name didn’t match theirs. I just ended the call straight away. Since then, I've had about four more calls from numbers showing as INTERNATIONAL or UNAVAILABLE on my phone screen. The last one was this afternoon from the same number as before. I haven’t answered any after that first one earlier today.

Got a call from someone saying they were from Amazon, telling me my Prime subscription was about to auto-renew and to press one if I wanted to talk to someone.
