Got a call this morning around 9 saying they were from O2 with a deal to knock 30% off my monthly bill. Problem is, I’m not even with O2! Plus, no company’s handing out discounts like that over the phone these days. If it sounds too good to be true, it usually is. When I mentioned I wasn’t with O2, the line just went quiet. Pretty obvious scam if you ask me.
