However, I was told that their lengthy email-17 pages, no less!-clearly stipulates that they reserve the right to process a repayment up to two working days before I receive my wages. My phone number has just been assigned to me by SKY and hasn’t been in circulation for over a year before that, likely to prevent nuisance calls, particularly those aimed at individuals with debts following someone’s departure without notifying their creditors. According to other users' comments, it seems that Sunny employs a rather dodgy power dialling tactic, where they ring ten numbers simultaneously, with the first one that picks up getting the debt collector while the remaining nine are left hanging. This practice is illegal in the UK, and given that Sunny Day Loans is operating from a Bury St. Edmunds number, they’re certainly breaching the law. I’m quite uncertain about the correct channels for reporting them, but perhaps contacting an Ombudsman would be the right move?
