This number keeps phoning my mum, saying she's got an unpaid bill from Amazon or some sort. Thing is, she has no clue what Amazon even is, I had to explain it to her! She doesn’t even use the internet at home. She’s quite old and these calls are really stressing her out.

I’m writing this on behalf of my mother, who is in her later years and has been getting numerous calls from this number. They keep insisting that she has an outstanding debt with Amazon. The poor woman doesn’t even use the internet, let alone have any familiarity with Amazon at all. These incessant calls have understandably caused her a great deal of upset. I’ll be keeping a close eye on her phone interactions from now on.
