this was a rubbish try at an hmrc scam, the call started with some american sounding recorded voice - weirdly cheerful for something claiming to be legal. its baffling how these scammers dont get that in the uk, something so serious would never come from a robotic message. honestly just a lame and unconvincing scam effort.
