Got a call from this number with a robotic voice saying my VISA card was charged £600 and to press 1 to approve or stop it. I ignored it and after a bit, some bloke with an Indian accent came on saying my card was used. I told him I don’t have a VISA card. He kept going on about VISA and MASTERCARD being the same and asked for a phone number to prove the call was legit. Then he just hung up. Typical scam, no doubt. PLEASE FOLKS, DON’T ANSWER THESE CALLS OR GIVE OUT INFO. Just hang up and if you’re worried, ring your bank or card company using the number you know is right. Cheers.
