I got a call like this yesterday, and when I questioned the bloke he swore at me and just dropped the call. Be careful not to follow any instructions they give, it could mess up your computer and be pricey to fix.

Some lady called me sayin I had to sit by the computer while she showed me how to boost Plusnet security. She also said that older folks like me should get £200 back. It all sounded pretty dodgy to me.
