These scammers are the worst, total rubbish. They started asking questions about my Windows setup so I played dumb for a while. After a few minutes, I just told them, "Actually, I don't have Windows." That usually throws them right off. Then I added that I use a Mac laptop which doesn’t run Windows at all. They seemed well confused after that!
